**Each day you will get to choose from a: 20 minute energizing Yoga practice OR a relaxing Yoga practice OR if you are short on time you can choose to do two 10 minute sessions from a customized collection! The sessions are designed for people of all levels, shapes, and sizes so there is something for everyone.

***Each day will also include intention setting to build and re-enforce your clear vision of what 2020 holds for you, gratitude practices to celebrate wins along the way, and daily inspirations and affirmations to deepen your consistency and commitment to care for yourself inside and out!
