As a personal trainer and yoga instructor with over 14 years of experience, I have worked with hundreds of clients and students that have experienced the damaging effects of working at a desk.

As an entrepreneur and a writer, I spend a lot of time working on my computer, and deal with tension in my neck and shoulders, pain in my upper back and brain fog that happen if I am not aware of my posture and taking frequent Yoga Breaks.

Yoga is such powerful tool that helps us on all levels: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. The AMAZING thing is that it does all of this incredible work simultaneously!

This means that we can get a variety of benefits in just a short amount of time because we are using our breath to focus our minds inward on our body. Yoga gives us the opportunity to re-set and recharge leaving us feeling relaxed, yet alert.
